Lamella Production ProcessIt all begins with log sawing using a special technology: our workers cut oak into lamellae. Then, the lamellae are placed into a drying chamber, where they dry for 6-7 days. After that, each piece is inspected by the workers to determine whether it is suitable for further processing. Next, the lamellae undergo width calibration and thickness sanding. The following stage is trimming to length. Only after completing all these important processes, at a separate table under quality lighting, the lamellae are sorted into grades: A, B, C, D. After that, the sorted lamellae are stacked onto pallets and packaged.
